California HR law update — what employers everywhere need to know

For 2022, California’s state minimum wage increased to $15 per hour for employers with 26 or more workers. The Labor Code Sections 2100-2112 now forbid warehouse operators from requiring a quota that interferes with the ability of warehouse workers to take meal or rest breaks as required by California wage and hour laws.
