DEI job cuts have grown in number since 2023, and Microsoft is not the first company to make the move, however, the increasing number of cuts is causing employees to become concerned. The decision came to light after the team lead sent out an email to other staff members at the organization, sharing their thoughts on the move.

King’s Speech introduces Employment Rights Bill
