LEXIS 13 (Jan. 29, 2025), the South Carolina Supreme Court reversed a Workers Compensation Commission ruling that denied an injured worker additional benefits. The Court held that the Commission improperly disregarded uncontradicted medical expert testimony in favor of MRI evidence that it misinterpreted, ultimately concluding that the Commissions decision was arbitrary and unsupported by substantial evidence.
