Global wealth management platform FNZ has launched a global family leave benefits package for its 6,400 employees as of this month. The policy made staff eligible for 26 weeks of primary and secondary parental leave, regardless of their gender, at 100% of their salary. Both primary and secondary caregivers – biological, adoptive, same sex or surrogacy – can take this leave within the first 18 months of birth or adoption, including if they are both employed by FNZ.
