59% of managers have seen mental wellbeing impacted due to fewer resources

More than half (59%) of UK managers have reported that their mental wellbeing has been impacted as a result of being asked to do more with fewer resources, according to research by global benefits and reward platform provider Perkbox. Its survey of 2,000 UK managers also found that 49% said they now have a reduced capacity to care for their own wellbeing.
