Rental Housing- Rental relief funds were distributed slowly at the local level and there were multiple eviction moratoriums.

In The 1972 Report re 1935 (July 2022), there is comparison of the initial 1935 Florida workers' compensation law to 2022. Conceding that the analysis of whether one is or is not "better off" is likely subjective and perhaps complex, it may be that workers are in fact better off in 2022 Florida than they were in 1935 (87 years ago).

Judge Beamer was reelected in a primary election in August 2022. Judges in Florida are subject to a process of discipline that includes the Judicial Qualifications Commission or JQC.
