Greggs reports 10.49% mean gender pay gap for 2023

Fast food chain Greggs has reported a 10.49% mean gender pay gap for 2023, down from 2022’s figure of 14.64%. The organisation’s median gender pay gap for 2023 increased slightly year on year from 2.81% to 3.24%.
