60% of benefits managers would give staff spendable cards to buy benefits

Almost two-thirds (60%) of benefits managers would give their employees spendable cards to buy their own benefits , according to research by finance specialist Weavr. Its survey of 250 UK-based HR and benefits managers at organisations with more than 50 employees for its whitepaper Employee choice, business control, also found that 50% of respondents have been researching new benefits software, but 27% reported increasing cost pressures from the business.

ACA Group Health Plan Affordability Level Up Sharply

Law firm Browne Jacobson has enhanced its paternity, co-parent and co-adopter leave policies in order to equalise all of its family initiatives. The firm’s employees will be entitled to take up to 26 weeks of paternity, co-parent or adoption leave, an increase from its previous two-week allowance for paternity and co-parent leave. The first 13 weeks of all policies will be fully paid and employees will have the option to take an additional 13 weeks at half pay.
