Fishawack Health reports 0.33% gender pay gap

Commercialisation partner for the biopharmaceutical, medical technology, and wellness industries Fishawack Health has reported a gender pay gap of 0.33%. The report found that of the 450 employees eligible for the calculation, 277 (61.5%) were women and 173 (38.5%) were men. The organisation’s gender pay gap is much lower than the 5.45% 2022 mean gender pay gap according to the government’s November 2022 DIT gender pay gap report 2021 to 2022.
