Before Lockton and after a decorated career at Unum, Alex owned and operated a successful consulting business and authored several books, research papers, and a highly touted sales methodology. Anderson’s most notable expertise is behavioral science. While self-taught, his work is peer reviewed and endorsed by top cognitive psychologists and business leaders worldwide.
Alex is an outspoken mental health advocate who prioritizes work-life balance. Leo Tokar
Leo serves as President of People Solutions and partner with Lockton Companies, a consulting and brokerage firm that provides insurance, risk management, total rewards, employee benefits, and retirement solutions.
He has developed and restructured insurance operations in regulatory, indemnity, and managed care organizations in both for-profit and non-profit environments and with national and local organizations. Leo’s broad financial and market expertise in health care and insurance fields has allowed him to drive significant financial improvement and expansion for organizations he has worked with, and the opportunity to influence public policy, craft legislation and present testimony, and speak nationwide on varying health insurance and regulatory topics.
Leo earned an MS in Marketing and an MBA from the University of Colorado executive programs and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Kansas. He is also a graduate of Leadership Denver and has won the “Forty Under 40” Award from the Denver Business Journal.
